Van Marcke Lab

Van Marcke is known for its expertise in bathrooms, HVAC and sustainable living techniques.

The company was looking for a new purpose for its shop in Antwerp. The only challenge was that the space is rather small, while the number of products is high. The company therefore came up with the idea of presenting their range in 3D on various screens. We put our heads together internally and decided to focus on the immersive aspect by using large LED walls.

We installed four LED walls of over 2 metres high and one LED wall of four metres high. As a visitor, you'll get inspiration about the bathroom of your dreams. The content on the walls is made to make it feel like you are walking through them.

There are also two touch screens attached to the ceiling on which a custom application is running. As a visitor, you can save products as a favourite, you can discover related products, you can view other combinations, ...

At the back of the shop there's a Modulab table where customers can put together the bathroom of their dreams. When you want to add a certain product to your bathroom, the sales team receives a code on their tablet. That way, they can load the product into the configuration. When all products are added, the customer gets a detailed offer to take home.

Moreover, there are physical samples in the shop that you can place on the table and take a picture of through a camera above it. This allows visitors to put together their own mood board.

And it doesn't stop there. The experience also continues at home. After registering, you will receive an e-mail and can set a password for your account. You can then view all your favourites on your smartphone, take another look at the mood board, take a closer look at renders, etc.

The Van Marcke Lab is living proof that even in a limited space you can go for an ultra-personal and interactive experience.
